My wife and I have stayed at Residencial Casa da Madeira a few times. It was the first time we stayed at this Cleyde unit. The apartment is excellent, as shown in the photos, very clean, air-conditioned in the bedroom and living room. It has a full kitchen (filter with cold water, air fryer, cook top, microwave, among other portable electronics and kitchen items that make the stay easier). The condominium has a family atmosphere, is very organized and well located.

The hotel is beautiful, all new and well maintained, spacious to accommodate everyone. The room is good in size but the lack of everyday materials makes the kitchen unfeasible. But the hostess was very kind and quick to arrange dishes and cutlery for us.

The space is great. All well cared for. The condominium is very beautiful and organized. The apartment is clean, well-conditioned, mattress and pillows very comfortable. Access to Rio Quente is very good, adapted and safe. Some notes to ask questions and help whoever is renting the space: - All pipes/cascades of the condominium are in cold pools. - Bring a mat to the bathroom and dish towels, since it does not have these items (as already stated in the listing, which does not have basic items) and makes a difference in the use of the apartment.

Wonderful experience! The place exceeded my expectations , cozy, well equipped and with a very good energy. All very clean and well-maintained. The Host was extremely kind and attentive, which made all the difference. I felt at home and certainly will come back more often!
