Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, table tennis, swimming (note: pools are not heated and therefore closed from September to April)

These amenities are not private at this house and are shared with three other houses on the Domaine.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !

Small house of 25 m2 newly created in Urzy. It is located 3 minutes' drive from Guérigny where all the shops are and 15 minutes from Nevers. This small bungalow is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. (2 beds of 90 cm) and is located in a common courtyard. A large secure parking lot with intercom is located just in front of the house in the enclosure. There is also a large adjoining lot. Ideal for business trips or weekends.
