Relax in an Elegant and Bohemian Phoenix Bungalow

This home was initially built in 1943 and has since been completely gutted with all new building systems, finishes, windows, doors, the works! We want to ensure our guests are as comfortable as possible with amenities like Hilton-standard Serta mattresses, Nespresso machine, and Apple TV for streaming Netflix and cable programs. We also strive to include local touches including a rotating art gallery of local artists. Guests will also be in walking distance to more than five local restaurants. Guests have access to the entire property. We love getting to know our guests. Should you need to know where the best restaurants in town are, coffee shops, things to do just ask and we will be happy to provide you with all our favorite places in Phoenix. Coronado Historic District is home to a warm and quiet community of young families, artists, and Phoenix natives with several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Entry into the home is gained via a digital lockbox. A unique code will be given to each guest via email just one hour prior to check in. We kindly ask that guests inquire with us regarding holding any sort of photo shoot, event or party at the Coronado Casita prior to their stay. If a different check-in or checkout time is desired, please consult with us upon booking. We will need to coordinate with our cleaning crew in order to accommodate you and need time to do so.

Beautifully furnished, all you need, 2 bdrm, 2 bath Condo. Non-Smoking upper level unit - lots of privacy. Near airport, Old Scottsdale, Tempe Marketplace and Tempe City Centre, freeways, parks. Super comfortable king-size beds. SMART TV's (no Cable) in each room with on-screen access to internet and apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime or through the provided Fire TV Sticks. Rental includes full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room and dining room. Home is not shared with owner or any other guests not in your own party. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage.

Light, bright, airy, private, and recently renovated 1100 sq ft. unit. Great for people who love both an urban and nature experience. Perfectly situated next to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, which has some of the best hiking and mountain biking in the city just minutes from your doorstep. Despite having a quiet country feel, we're close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and downtown Phoenix.

Great central location! Close to downtown, major freeways, the Biltmore, hiking, and lots of great restaurants. Make yourself at home in this part shipping container. Run around in the yard, warm up by the fire pit, take a swim in the pool, and enjoy all that Phoenix has to offer! This is a detached guest house and the backyard is a shared space.
