Nestled on the foot of mount Giouchtas, in the picturesque village of Archanes, our stone countryhouse is located in one of the most central and beautiful parts of the area. Archanes are 20 minutes away from the centre of Heraklion(15km), 15 minutes away from Heraklion's International airport, 15 minutes away from the famous Minoan palace of Knossos, as well as 20 minutes away from numerous beautiful beaches. Situated in the center of the most important wine-producing region of Crete, it has a 5000 years old history, while excavations conducted in the last 50 years have brought to light a lot of sites dating back to the Minoan period. The village is also very famous for its typical Cretan architecture. Most of the houses have been restored recently and Archanes has won the second award as “the best restored village in Europe”. The house enjoys a spacious interior and a private garden, which is protected by a peripheral wall. This is a typical characteristic of old Cretan houses of the area. Guests enter the private garden through the gate which then leads to the main building. I am always at the disposal of my guests, so that I can make their holiday problem-free. Furthermore, there is a free parking very close to the house. The country house is only 20’ away from the “Nikos Kazantzakis Airport” and the port. The archeological site of Knossos is 15’ away.

Treis Ekklisies is a small peacefull village empraced by the mountains,which is lying quietly beside incredible beaches that you can easily visit on foot. It's a charming place of south Crete,on a paradise atmosphere,that will give you moments of relaxation and peace. My house is only 2 minutes on foot from the beach.Cozy home,can accommodate a total of four people. The house is fully equipped and includes a kitchen-dining area with certified filtered water,living room area(with a fire place,window view to the sea and 2 beds), one comfortable bathroom and a bedroom (double bed). On the incredible veranda the view of mountains and sea makes the atmosphere of uniqueness. There is all the equipment you need for cooking, but also aromatic spices and olive oil. You will find everything you need to make your stay fully comfortable.
