Vacation rentals in Arco

We needed an extended stay while we waited for our new home to be ready. We are so glad we found this listing! We were relieved that the pictures are accurate for the space. It's a smart layout, the furniture/beds are comfortable, the kitchen is easy to cook in. We bought many items with us and there was plenty of closet space and cupboard space. We liked the central location. Within a couple of miles there are a couple of gas stations, fast food locations, a Family Dollar, and a grocery store. We used the paved walking paths by the river at the end of the block. It's centrally located making it easy to get to downtown, ISU, and other shopping areas. The apartment is easy to get into and was well stocked for an extended stay. We loved that there was a washer/dryer in the space. You can occasionally hear other tenants moving around, which is normal for apartments, but we didn't have any problems with noise. We went from a super stressful situation to feeling right at home.

This place is dated, but it is homey and you can settle right in: clean and cozy. Also, convenient to town and to Mt. Baldy, River Run side, and there is a bus stop right outside!

I booked this property last minute and I couldn't be more delighted. The host is kind and helpful. The property exceeded our expectations. It's a spacious 2 bedroom home with a very roomy living area and a nice deck. The furniture is super comfy and the kitchen is truly equipped to cook anything. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in front of the fire after having a great time on the mountain. This property definitely sets up well for 4 guests. The bedrooms are both very comfortable, as were the beds. For us, the location was perfect! It is quiet and sunny, surrounded by mountains, sidewalks and trails. Also, the bus is a quick and convenient way to get to town or the mountain (Mountain Rides). You can walk to the bus stop in your ski boots easily. The Elkhorn amenities are all brand new and beautiful. We will definitely come back here. It's just a very easy and comfortable place to stay.

House was just perfect for our needs! We had 3 couples and a single in the home and we had more than enough room for privacy. The kitchen space is a natural gathering location and again plenty of space!

We loved staying here! We didn’t want to leave! It was such a beautiful area and we loved everything about it! We had left something in the airbnb and they were very helpful to help us look for it. We will be coming back!
