Vacation rentals in Arctic-China State Forest

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved staying at Bob & Julie’s lake house. 10/10! The house itself looks exactly like the photos with so many accommodations you usually don’t expect in an air bnb. Amazing kitchen (something I look for since I love to cook). I cooked a lot this weekend and it felt like home! The backyard is perfect. We were outside most of the day either by the lake, the fire pit or in the hot tub at night just loving life. We made A LOT of s’mores. The house is literally ON the lake with picture perfect views and the surroundings and the lake are kept SO clean. Bob and Julie were amazing hosts before, during and after our stay. Very quick to respond and always friendly. We’ve already told them we would love to book another weekend here again and probably for an extra night this time!

Truly a wonderful escape just a couple hours from the city. The cabin is much nicer than pictures. Open kitchen and living room concept. Amazing property on the lake. Great views and super cozy!

The cottage was lovely and very comfortable. Simon left us detailed instructions and we had no issues in finding it and settling in. As the weather took a turn for the worse, we spent most of a day cozy in the house. Our dogs were also very comfortable and loved the large backyard. The house decor is very tastefully done, and not only looks great but looks like special effort has been taken to make everything comfortable and easy to use. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Great spot to stay for a remote weekend away. If you are looking for a wonderful and calm nature getaway, this is the spot! Has everything you need and very comfortable

The place was just beautiful, great location for the event we needed to attend. very clean.

Beautiful home in a very private area. Lots of family games and lots of outside things todo. Me and my family had a wonderful Easter weekend get away. Only complaint I would have is the jacuzzi smelled weird and stuff was coming out of the jets but other than that it was perfect! We all were very comfortable and had a blast with the kids.

We were very satisfied with the house, good location, clean, great host, beautiful surroundings, good for pets, had everything we needed! Be aware that there are 3 houses on the property so you are sharing the very large yard which can be good for teams and families but you may not want. We were lucky to have a nice family across from us. Highly recommend!

Great location - easy to walk to the main strip that has restaurants. Short drive to gas, DD, bigger chain restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Small park few blocks away for the kids to play wiffle ball. Plenty of parking by the house. Easy drive to All-Star Village. House is equipped with everything you need. The house has beautiful stained glass windows and a lot of "old charm" to it. Lovely front porch to sit outside and enjoy coffee. But expect older appliances, flooring, cabinets, drawers, furniture, windows, bedding, etc. Everything was in working condition. House is spacious and easily accommodated us. We enjoyed our stay very much. Dave made it very easy, provided an early check in which was very helpful to get settled before the ASV parade. One of the families who has a younger son (who hopes he will also play at ASV in the future) already said she would book here again! Thanks Dave!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. It was the perfect getaway to relax and reconnect as a family.
