Very nice house, well appointed and equipped. We had a great time with the family with our two children. The city center is 10 min walk with all the necessary shops. It was perfect!

Redouan was a great host… She was always quick to respond when we had questions. When unexpected circumstances arose beyond her control, she was gracious, flexible, and easy to work with. And our children absolutely loved all the fun toys available for them… Very family friendly!

Perfect stay. instructions left by the owner clear and accurate. quick communication. the house was ideal for 2 families of 4 people (4 adults and 4 teenagers). everyone had the necessary space. the 2 bathrooms were very clean. the bedding is spotless and the bed linen was clean and spotless. We asked for permission to be able to leave the food in the fridge before the scheduled arrival time and the owner allowed us, it was great!! 🙏👌 the neighborhood is quiet and the house is secure. we were able to park the 2 cars without worries. Only small downside: we found several things from the former tenants (empty boxes, tissues in 2 bedrooms, lighters in the sofa... and the oven was dirty, we washed and were able to use it without worries. but everyone loved this place in a great location. we'll keep this contact for the next time. Super nice house in a lovely location. Easy by public transport to enter Paris but a spacious house with spacious garden to enjoy the tranquility. Thomas is a super host who responds quickly and helps when needed. I would recommend this home to any one.

Amazing find! Close to transportation, safe and quiet neighborhood, walkable convenience stores to grab essentials was a bonus for us. The space is excellent when traveling with large groups.

The house is just great. You can reach a supermarket and a bakery in about 2 minutes on foot. In about another minute, you'll be at the train station. Perfect for taking the train to Paris(20 minutes to Notre Dame). Right behind the train station is a small park with a great playground. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The house has a private courtyard that is separated from the street by a gate. This gives you your private area with the very nice terrace. The house is currently usable on the ground floor. The kitchen is new and everything is very bright due to the high windows. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a spacious living/dining area and two bedrooms. The bathroom is very small, but the shower is really great. We felt very comfortable and the contact with Rachel was always impeccable. She responds quickly and is helpful even when she's not on site. Thank you for the time.

We stayed in Marie-Emmanuelle's lovely home in April and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is as advertised and the host was always responsive when we needed her. The house is spacious, nice and very nicely decorated. It makes it easy to visit Versailles and its surroundings by bike. We would highly recommend it.

Eric is a lovely and super responsive host. The place is huge and Greta for a big family of group. It’s quiet and allows for a lot of privacy. It’s very close to the train station and super easy to get to the center of Paris. The little town has a great supermarket and bakeries and it’s easy to live comfortably right there.

Wonderful location on quiet street blocks from train stop. So easy to get to Paris. Also great bakery at end of street. Loved eating/drinking on back patio. Franck came to unclog a shower drain and proactively cleaned all the drains and changed a lightbulb. The house stays nice and cool on the 1st floor but we had a 98F day with no breeze at night. Those of us sleeping on 3rd floor had a rough night. Fans would have helped that night.

Gorgeous house with everything you need. Valerie was very helpful and responsive in the weeks leading up to our stay and helped us by sending us links to supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, and helped in booking us a restaurant when I couldn't get through. The only slight downside was the garden was a bit overgrown and needed tidying up a bit. The weather was gorgeous during our stay so would have been nice to enjoy the garden. I'm guessing this will be done in time for the summer months. Its a beautiful garden. Would recommend to a large group.

Comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. However, a little more detail on the sleeping arrangements would be desirable. Fun walks to do in the area.

The home is as beautiful as the photos suggest. The host met us upon our arrival and made sure everything about the home was clear. We quickly felt right at home. This home is a fantastic place to gather a group for cooking a meal together, playing games, or going for walks, with plenty of spaces to retreat to for quiet time with a book. When questions arose during our stay, the host was quick to respond and went out of his way to accommodate. We had a lovely week and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul-Henry and Anne-Marie’s place, it was a perfect setting for a larger group. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious, the communal areas are very well thought out. There is a bakery and supermarket close by which was very handy. Anne-Marie was flexible with check in and check out times and responded quickly when messaged. I would strongly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a great week visiting the Olympics while staying at Philippe's amazing place. It's not a boutique hotel rip-off with the usual bland AirBnB aesthetics but somebody's actual home, and somebody who has a great taste in interior design. I wish our home would look like this! Montreuil is far enough from central Paris to be quiet (August helps) and almost feels like a village when walking to the bakery and one of the small supermarkets. Yet the metro is a 15 min walk away and offers frequent and convenient travel into the centre. One tiny word of warning: don't turn your back on Luna the resident cat while there is food on the table, she is fast.

We once again had a great time in this house where we love to come back with family. This time, we had the pleasure of celebrating the Christmas holidays, and everything was perfect: the house is still as comfortable, well-equipped and impeccably clean. The warm and friendly atmosphere makes it the perfect place to gather with family. Thanks to Loïc for hosting us and for his attentiveness and availability. We'll be happy to go back for other unforgettable moments!

The accommodation is perfect for a large family. All the necessary utensils to feel at home. Sandrine and Marina are very responsive to any need, which enhances the pleasantness of the stay.

Spacious accommodation perfect for a large family reunion (there were 15 of us for meals divided between the island and the dining room table and 10 to sleep on site). Carole is responsive and accommodating. We'll probably come back if we have a chance.

We had a wonderful holiday. The reception was very pleasant. Good explanation of the amenities in the house. Pleasant contact during our stay. Striking were the play opportunities for the 6 children in our group. There were many toys present in a pleasant garden. It was great to be able to use the pool.
