A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

A modern kitchenette is showcased with sleek cabinetry and a countertop. A small dining table is paired with white chairs, while a coffee machine and microwave are visible. Wooden floors add warmth to the space, which is well-lit by natural light.

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x190 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.

The apartment is new. We thought of it and prepared it carefully. It is located in the city center. Bakery, florist, restaurant, pharmacy, butcher, press, tobacco, hairdresser, etc… on the street. 3 min walk to the market and Parc du Bout du Monde (games and goats). A 10-minute walk from the swimming pool and towpath. Bike garage. 35m2. We are nearby if needed. We hope you'll be fine!
