Smoking not allowed, nor indoor or at the terrace! Located 15 min walk to the sunny and charming former fishing-village Arguineguin, with beach, local bars and restaurants by the sea. Known for its best climate in the world. Possible to rent portable aircon for warm summerdays, for 9 Euro a day. ( See management fees).

The Arguineguín Cottage

Excellent apartment very close to the sea and very central in the village of Arguineguín. It is fully equipped, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, kitchen, living room with TV, a bathroom and a wonderful balcony to enjoy outdoors and relax. It is located two minutes from both beaches, surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets and areas where to stroll. Here you can enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

The cozy 2 bedroom holiday apartment has just been completely renovated (05/24). It is on the top (9th) floor and has fantastic views of the beach and fishing harbor from the master bedroom and balcony. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds. The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Kitchen with oven and induction hob, washing machine, 2 x Smart TV, WIFI. Plenty of storage space for longer stays.
