Vacation rentals with breakfast in Arkansas River

Absolutely amazing place! Was a little put off by clothes and items left behind by owner in drawers and closets at first but David was very responsive and the house was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect and the back porch and yard perfect for the kids to run around in. We were very happy with our stay and absolutely would stay there again.

Great accommodations! Quiet and nice place for our weekend regional tournament in Tulsa for my daughter. Appreciate the well work around schedule that George had with us. Would recommend this lovely home for anyone that needs a place while in Tulsa. Will decently re-book when I’m back in the area.

We loved the house and how Jesse kept it. It worked very good for our 5 guests. We very much liked how roomy the place was compared to other places we have stayed in Perryton.

This was a comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and seemed safe. The house was clean and the location was easy to get to major highways. There was coffee and snacks provided and the kitchen had needed items for a stay. It worked great for 4 of us. As in a few reviews, the beds were just okay. They made a lot of squeaks and scrunches, but otherwise the place was good.

Bigger house than the two of us needed but loved having the garage during storms. We booked last minute while on a road trip and host made sure lights were on for us.

We enjoyed our overnight stay Rosemarie’s place. Amazing backyard and comfortable deck. The dogs had so much fun running around the spacious yard! Rosemarie is a great host- thoughtful and responsive. Overall nice stay!

This place is in the top 3 favorite places I’ve stayed in since I started using Airbnb seven years ago. A little piece of paradise. You can see the love and care the hosts have put into their property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Driving through Kansas on a road trip home. Erin’s Casita was a perfect place to rest and recharge. Everything was pristine. I especially appreciated the bath salts and the soft robe. So many details. Erin answered all of our communications in a timely manner.

Pamela's place was very clean and offered everything you'd need to prepare a meal in the kitchen. The weather changed quickly while I was in town during the off season for a business trip, however the split units kept the unit very comfortable. The shower was spacious and had plenty of hot water. The host have more convenient items than hotels available for your use and I would love to come back when the weather is warmer. This is a great place to stay while traveling alone or with a family. The lighting outside the units and walkways allow for peace of mind. There's a nice area to sit outside and enjoy a beverage or conversation with your other guests.

I lived in the area many years ago.. it was like going home to me..It was neat and clean. It is in a high traffic part of town, but I expected it. And train whistles are a big draw to me. it means home. There was plenty of water and coffee and snacks.. It is an older section of town..but, to me that's good

I would 100% recommend this place for a peaceful experience while still being in the vicinity of Kansas City!

Gorgeous neighborhood, lots of local spots within walking distance, and adorable vintage space with modern luxuries. My host thought of everything, down to charging cables for all devices.

Candace made the place very comfortable and inviting. There was fruit, muffins, yogurt, water, juice, and coffee so you didn't have to rush out in the mornings. We just happened to be there when all the storms and flooding was happening, and she was very responsive and reassuring to our questions regarding the storms. In addition, we wanted to do some dancing, and she suggested a couple different options for us. We enjoyed our stay and would go back if we plan another weekend in the area.

Everything was great! Mattress on queen bed was so comfortable. the apartment worked well for us on a wine trail weekend.

Gayle and Ray were very friendly. Open for any questions. Had everything that I needed. Beautiful scenery - would have loved to sit on the back deck with coffee and friends, if time allowed. Would definitely stay there again.

This was my first stay at a proper Bed and Breakfast and apparently I picked wisely! This is a lovely, safe home on a large lot in a quiet location and the interior is beautiful and welcoming. The room was lovely, very clean, and very nicely furnished. The hosts were super kind and welcoming and breakfast was absolutely top notch! There were some unexpected amenities like coffee, soda, water, and access to a microwave. Highly recommended! Thanks very much!

This is my second time staying at Sule’s place, and it will be my go-to place anytime I visit Leadville. I came to Leadville for the Leadville 100 and her place was very comfortable, clean and convenient. The place is great, but it is her kindness and hospitality that really makes you feel welcome!

Sarah is the most welcoming host we’ve met! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her home is beautiful and peaceful, the room is perfect- nice linens and a super comfortable bed, everything was perfectly clean. Her added thoughtful touches for snacks and breakfast were greatly appreciated. We hope to return again next year.
