Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. Guesthouse at Stone Water Rill

Custom built one bedroom guesthouse designed to capture gorgeous views across expansive gardens designed by Paul Bangay. We want our guests to feel that they have escaped to a welcoming sort of luxury surrounded by beauty inside and out. We’ve worked with local interior designer, Lisa Post, and have aimed to to showcase this beautiful region with local touches. We hope that you love it as much as we do!
