Rob was an amazing host to a beautiful property! We were blown away by the care taken to make the Airbnb a comfortable stay, and loved the recommendations Rob gave us that were within a walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

very peaceful location, the reverse cycle aircon and the electric blankets are great and makes the stay very comfortable. He also offers nice produces for breakfast; eggs, fruits, all kind of teas and coffees. And most importantly he is a very friendly host, was happy to show me his farm and introduce me to his lovely animals. they are so cute.

So happy we didn’t stay in Armidale and found Elmswood Uralla instead. Everything about Elmswood is relaxing . The cottage is cosy without feeling too small. You have all the appliances to make your stay comfortable and the breakfast items provided were above the norm. The garden was beautiful and the morning mist winding through the garden was lovely. Uralla is a lovely township but when she shows off her autumn colours Uralla glows . Thanks Rob , our Elmswood stay was relaxing , exactly what we were looking for . Would we stay here again , yes we would & you should too

This was our second stay at Althea’s place and, while we didn’t have time for it this time the horse experience is great to do. The house is spot on for what we wanted and Uralla is a real quaint little town although Wednesday probably isn’t the best day to visit with a number of the shops closed then

Absolutely beautiful home away from home, the smell as soon as you walked in was soo lovely. The kitchen had everything you could think of, and my son had a blast with all the toys and games that were provided. A very nice surprise for the price, thank you Tara :)

Cottage was as described, cosy and clean. Rain prevented us from making use of deck area, but outlook from inside cottage was still lovely. We enjoyed going out to local restaurants for dinner and coming back to cosy warm cottage and indulging in some Netflix etc. We loved the fact that the cottage is on a rural property, but was less than 10 minutes drive to Armidale and its many lovely restaurants and cafes, one morning we were even visited by some kangaroos.

The host Kylie was quick to respond to messages, everything about our experience was easy, the cabin was very comfortable, and had a great decor and ambience. The location was very quite and private, with nice rural surrounds. Cattle, sheep and horses could be seen in the distance from our windows. Wide starry skies at night, and lots of birds frequenting the gardens. We appreciated the thoughtful breakfast supplies. Kitchen was well appointed with what we needed, and Kylie was a friendly host, with great local advice. And the Uralla / Armidale area is a wonderful area to visit, lots of interesting things to see and do, looked splendid in Autumn, and with great pubs and cafes. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would choose Pomegranate studio, if we're are up that way again. Thanks Kylie.

We were visiting family in Armidale over Easter and this was an ideal base for catching up with them, grocery shopping, eating out or cooking a meal and just relaxing and having some down time. Wonderful to get out of the car in the evening or look out of a window early in the morning and see the milky way.
