Smart television With its own patio in the south and barbecue (coal and lighter fluid not included). Located on our property. Close (walking distance) to nice nature, walking paths and nice beaches (see photos). Note: Bed linen is not included but can be provided at a cost of SEK 150/stay (Sheets for 160 bed/2 pillowcases/2 duvet covers). Towels are provided. Charging box for charging an electric car is available for a fee.

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

Welcome to Solgläntan, a charming extended station quarters of 90 sqm. On the entrance floor, a kitchen, living room, bedroom and newly renovated bathroom are included. Upstairs there are two more rooms of which one bedroom. Solgläntan a house on the countryside south of Nyköping close to forest, electric light tracks and sörmlandsleden. The house is located next to the ore railway where there are trains a few times/day. Stockholm Skavsta Airport 7 km. Kolmården Zoo/Zoo 36 km. Stockholm 100 km. DiscoGolf 500 m. Bus stop 300 m.

Have fun with the whole family at this amazing place right by the sea and that has everything for your lifestyle. Heated pool and outdoor shower in the summer, hot tub that is open all year round. The sea is only 200m away and can be seen from the patio. Wood-fired sauna and fireplace for cold days. Pleasant environment for walks. Some rules and cleaning need to be followed and done at the hot tub. We offer late check-out, at 13:00, with time for an early lunch or a long sleep.

Stay among the fields in this bright apartment on a rural farm. In a converted barn, this open apartment with large windows and views of a horse pasture. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette and bathroom. We are a family with two children living on the farm. We have a dog and a cat (they walk freely on the plot ). We don't have other animals but next to our property is a horse farm.
