Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, ist modern eingerichtet, mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und einem neu sanierten Bad. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, aber unser Hof ist bewirtschaftet und hier wird gearbeitet. Mit uns leben viele Hühner, Mutterkühe, Bienen und unsere zwei Labrador Mädls Caro & Maya die frei rumlaufen. Urlaubsgäste und Monteure sind willkommen!

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Die kleine Wohnung „Waldwinkel“ begeistert mit modernem Charme, gemütlicher Atmosphäre und einer sonnigen Terrasse zum Abschalten und Genießen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist unsere Wellness-Lounge mit Badefass und Fass-Sauna (gegen Gebühr). Fotos wurden teilweise professionell bearbeitet (Licht/Farben optimiert).

Hier hört ihr nichts außer Vogelgezwitscher und das sanfte Muhen unserer Galloway-Rinder. Perfekt, um abzuschalten, durchzuatmen und den Alltag hinter euch zu lassen.

The butterfly house in the Mienbacher forest garden is a place of rest, surrounded by nature. We also like to call the place a wilderness camp. With 4 bunk beds, it is ideal for the family or for friends looking for tranquility amidst the permaculture landscape of the forest garden. We are also a livestock ark and a member of the Naturgarten e. V., so accordingly it creeps and flies, buzzes and hums with us. The toilets and showers are located at the seminar house.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
