The property features a lovely heated swimming pool that is open from April to October (5 m × 10 m, depth 1.5 m), set within a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of the green Umbria region. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with an electric car charging station.
