Vacation rentals with a patio in Arroyo

Yesenia‘s place was very lovely. Everything was clean and had comfortable bed. We had a small hiccup with a showerhead, but Yesenia was right on it and sent a person to replace it the very next day. Brownie points for Yesenia! Great host!

It was a great place to stay. The apartment was good as well as the location and price. I will not hesitate to go back in the future.

Beautiful place just like the photos, great views from the balconies and comfortable bed. The place is very modern, grounds are clean and communication was very easy.

The condo was just as described. With a closet containing a small cooler, packable chairs and games/turtle books for kids to play/read. A very nice place to set out with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise before heading to one of the many beautiful beaches. The power went out during our stay and Heather was very committed to making sure we were ok and had everything we needed.

The space is beautiful. Lourdes really placed little things to make it a 5 star stay. King size bed that is soo comfortable! As far as the description, the space is huge maybe 800 square feet, I read the description as a 1 bedroom apartment. In New York, where I am from, that would mean that there is a a door separating the room. In NYC, the apartment description would be either an alcove studio or 2 room studio . The kitchen is a full size kitchen which met our needs. I share about the door because it made some remote work challenging. ( Also, I understand that apartment descriptions are cultural.)I loved the space and hope to stay there again. Also the space is newly remodeled and the air conditioning works really well and is really strong.

It’s thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, and then some. The location is also a big plus—centrally situated, it’s perfect for anyone traveling around the island. The atmosphere is peaceful, the people are friendly, and the overall vibe is calm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Great location to the center of town. Lots of cute little restaurants and bars. 2 playgrounds within walking distance. The one in the center is more updated. Small beach area across the street but some really nice beaches about 20 minute drive. The house itself is perfect. 3 bedrooms. Nice kids room with large bunk bed. Hosts provide beach chairs. Nice accommodations!

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable, perfectly located, and the view was spectacular! The hosts were excellent — they provided clear, complete, and concise information about how to get there and access the apartment, as well as things to do in the area. the host was very responsive to all of our questions. the place had nice attention to detail like wine glasses, a keurig, games, books, tennis rackets. the kids loved the pool.

This place is perfect to enjoy, and learn from Puerto Riqueña music, I recommend it 100%. In the evening the singing of the coqui is majestic and we wake up with the majestic interpretation of the four Puerto Riqueño, by a group of Students in the Historical House of Music taking classes. The apartment is impeccable and super comfortable, the restaurant very good the recommendations of Carlos were perfect, the divine terrace. Ricardo was always very attentive to my perguntas , we are definitely going back
