Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Arroyo

I felt very comfortable, there was usually a lot of silence. The apartment is comfortable and Flor responded very quickly to all my doubts and the incidents that occurred due to a tropical storm. I went for family reasons and it was very nice, after a day full of medical procedures and visits, to get to a place where I felt at home.

Our stay at Javier’s place was nothing short of amazing. My family throughly enjoyed our sty and with each day it felt like home. The place had everything you needed and more. The apt was better than we could’ve imagined. It was spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. We loved just hanging out on the private balcony and creating memories. During our stay their was a massive power outage throughout the island and Javier made sure to check in with us and even offered other accommodations. We loved our stay at this beautiful residence . It is super comfortable and perfectly located, close to everything we needed: supermarkets, petrol station, Walgreens and much more. We also really liked that it had two parking lots in front of the apartment, it was with all the essential amenities, which makes it the ideal space to enjoy with family, to be able to cook them while we worked already that was the reason why we stayed . Without a doubt, an experience we would recommend to others

Jose is a great host. We were taken care of as soon as we arrived, we were worried about the blackout issue and the house 🏠 has light generator and he was pending. Everything clean, organized and cozy. Recommended!!

Great location to the center of town. Lots of cute little restaurants and bars. 2 playgrounds within walking distance. The one in the center is more updated. Small beach area across the street but some really nice beaches about 20 minute drive. The house itself is perfect. 3 bedrooms. Nice kids room with large bunk bed. Hosts provide beach chairs. Nice accommodations!

My wife and I had a great vacation. Condo had everything. Very clean. Area is terrific. Quiet, hidden Jewel. No complaints, only praise for Santos and his place.

Apartment was comfortable, clean, convenient for our families, they are from Caguas but close to go to San Juan or metro area. We feel very secure with the gated community. Also the neighbors were very friendly and willing to help us. And a plus for us was the convenient of having the Panaderia La Borinqueña just a cross the street. Convenient for breakfast, lunch, dinner or to get together with families for coffee and pastries. And I have to mention that every time I had contacted Gloria for help, she was responding quickly to me and help me to resolve any question I asked her. Definitely we will stay here again and recommended to others.

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂

The place was great! It was exactly as shown in pictures. It was accommodating. It had everything needed. The host was responsive & attentive. We would def stay again!

Excellent location and a beautiful place. We appreciated it is a first floor and has a king size bed.

We all absolutely loved our stay here. The place is spacious, clean, and easy to get to! The host communicated thoroughly and was proactive at helping us out with things ahead of time. The community is very safe, and it has such a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beach close enough to walk to wasnt the best for swimming given the rough waves, but the hosts have recommended beaches in their pamphlet, and we found one just a few mins down the road that was absolutely perfect. The pool is great, and the place was surprisingly quiet and calm! We didn't have the washer and dryer for our stay due to some unforseen problems, but the host communicated thoroughly with us and we were able to hand wash and air dry small things as needed. We would all definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!
