Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

The house has a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open-plan living room and kitchen with a fantastic view. The house has a terrace of about 75 m², part of which is a cozy covered patio. There are canoes, and you can swim from the property. There is a nice beach 7 minutes away.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

There is only one neighbour, and from your patio, all you see is nature, but the centre is just a 15-minute drive away. In 15 minutes, you can walk to the bus stop, where there are three different buses to the centre that run very frequently. Enjoy the sounds of nature in this unique place in the middle of the woods near Roslagsleden. You are completely alone in a large 38 sqm glamping tent. There are several nice lakes around and blueberries, mushrooms and lingonberries to pick. You can get here via Roslagsleden stage 5 or via bus 621, 626 from Danderyd sjh or Åkersberga. The walk is then about 3 km. Parking space for car is also available as an option
