Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, table tennis, swimming (note: pools are not heated and therefore closed from September to April)

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !

Small house of 25 m2 newly created in Urzy. It is located 3 minutes' drive from Guérigny where all the shops are and 15 minutes from Nevers. This small bungalow is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. (2 beds of 90 cm) and is located in a common courtyard. A large secure parking lot with intercom is located just in front of the house in the enclosure. There is also a large adjoining lot. Ideal for business trips or weekends.
