The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

It is a heavenly place where you can rest your head in a quiet, peaceful environment on the edge of the Kameni creek. While watching nature in the garden of the area where you are staying, you can have breakfast and enjoy the bbq with the sound of the flowing immaculate stream. During the summer months, you can swim in fresh water and watch the trout. We are waiting for all our guests with plenty of oxygen, hiking hiking trails and only the wonderful nature you can see on the postcards.
