Vacation rentals with a balcony in Arzachena

Marinas place is extremely well equipped , clean , quiet , comfortable and most of all she is the most respnsive host i ever came across , alway replys within minutes. she runs the place at a level that would put most 4 star hotels to shame. the town is a great base location to reach most of the north by car... beaches , nature, food etc..

It was a nice discovery, very comfortable accommodation within walking distance you can reach beaches, shops and restaurants. We found everything super clean When we arrived on the table, we were waiting for a basket of fruit much appreciated by our children and an excellent bottle of wine In the apartment there are various appliances (coffee machine with supply of pods, microwave, kettle, toaster, and phone ) and also a beach kit that made our stay comfortable Marina and her husband are two very kind people and always very attentive to the care and cleanliness of the environment outside the apartment Beautiful experience, we will be back soon 🥰

A relaxing vacation! Strategic location in the center of the village (all amenities are in the area) and very close to the beach. The accommodation is located inside a small residence, perfectly responsive to photos and equipped with every comfort. Highlight attention to detail, cleanliness, and attention to the customer. Marina Elena and her husband are delicious, helpful, and kind people. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful environment with a great view from the large terrace. Very nice swimming pool and 5mn walk from the spiaggia bianca. Very responsive and proactive host. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Functional apartment and meals on the terrace are a pure treat. However, I highly recommend having a car. Perfect stay, we would have liked to have stayed longer.

There were three of us and we were able to spend 12 wonderful days here. The place is absolutely central and really only 50 meters down to the sea. Another great beach is about 6 km away. Communication with the hostess was great. There was almost nothing missing. We would have liked a toaster and a few more knives for cutting vegetables. Otherwise, everything was great. Absolutely recommended. Will come again any time.

Our stay here was nothing short from amazing! We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very comfortable and the surroundings beautiful. Practically 1 minute walk to the beach. The host was also very accommodating and helpful. Hope we can go back next year!

We had a great time and loved the place. The terrace was our favorite spot! Family friendly property, great sea views especially from the pool area.

I knew the house perfectly because I lived many summers in Portobello. I think my judgment is overshadowed by a passion for that place The location is definitely beautiful I had a great time.

The place was very nice. We spent two weeks there with our kids. Of course, the proximity of the beach was great. 200 meters reachable by a small road. The area on Capo Testa is a dream, great for hiking with beautiful coves. However, you have to keep in mind that the road to the property is quite narrow, only accessible by a very small car. The garbage disposal unfortunately does not work well on Capo Testa, our garbage was often not picked up and we had to take it to Santa Teresa to the garbage dump. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place.
