Villa vacation rentals in Ascoli Piceno

The house is pleasant. Good kitchen, where everything is available. Bathroom, living room everything works well. A great outdoor space. Plenty of privacy and quiet. The neighbors are Valentina's in-laws. Very nice and welcoming people. Wonderful pool with a view of the sea. Many nice places (e.g. San Benedetto and Ascoli Piceno) nearby that are worth a visit. By car to the beach is 5 minutes by car by car. You can go to the public beach, but there are also nice beach bars where you can rent a lounger etc. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely relaxing time there. Repeatable.

The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

I just spent four wonderful days at Villa Arzilla, totally immersed in nature, silence and peace. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a large garden. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well stocked, a nice fireplace, books, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The view of the hills and mountains is magnificent...the Villa offers gentle awakenings and evocative sunsets. Mrs. Sandra was very nice and approachable, she gave me and my dog four days of pure wellness.

Well, what can I say.. a unique experience! The owners were very kind, we felt right at home. Attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, availability. The house is beautiful,the rooms are picturesque,the landscape is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

I consider Erwin’s place one of the best places we have been in. He was very helpful and gave us 2 documents with instructions and recommendations The house was spotless, and the pool was amazing. The house is surrounded by a breathtaking view. On the second day, he came over and gave me the instructions in person which was Fab. I highly recommend his place.

The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.

John's place exceeded all expectations! Beautiful quiet location, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and an outdoor area that offers many possibilities. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could want. GREAT!

Extraordinary villa, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with all the amenities imaginable. Nothing is really missing: every room has been designed to offer a unique experience, which makes the stay unforgettable. The pool is simply spectacular, perfect for moments of total relaxation. Valentina and Andrea are exceptional hosts, always kind and available for every need, without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality makes the atmosphere even more pleasant and familiar. Although the sea is about a 15-minute drive away, the tranquility and beauty of the villa more than compensate for the distance. Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Lovely place, in the Marche hills. Too lovely, so much so that we spent a lot of time relaxing in the Villa. Too bad about the unpaved Stradello that connects the main road to the villa. Super helpful and friendly host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Positive overall experience, pleasant location and exceptional pool. Except for the wifi not working perfectly and the lack of a key to close the place in our absence. I recommend accommodation only for couples.

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Villa is beautiful and looks better than in the photos. The view of the surrounding area is breathtaking, it is a very quiet area. We relaxed a lot by the pool, the kitchen is fully equipped. Thank you Andy for all recommendations and good communication :) Definitely, it is worth to stay here 👍

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

Leonardo and his mother are wonderful hosts and this is a terrific place to stay. This lovely home comfortably held our two large families and the outdoor area was just great for kids to run around and play in. The super large kitchen is absolutely amazing and had everything we could ever need to prepare large meals. The location is perfect if you're looking for somewhere quiet to relax but still close to the ocean and the surrounding towns. We visited Loreto both days and it was very easy to get there by car. Don't think twice if you're considering staying here. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. We stayed two nights and I wish we had stayed a week! Thank you so much Leonardo! We can't wait to come back and stay with you again!

Thank you very much to Valentina for welcoming us to her spectacular bed and breakfast. The accommodations are equipped with everything, beautiful view,very plane, breakfast was appreciated in the kiosk located next to the apartment. He also made us find a homemade cake with jam and a tide of snacks for breakfast (much appreciated gesture). The location is lovely. The shop with cosmetics is also beautiful!

The villa is perfectly in line with the description, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. We also received information on points of interest in the area and the exchange with the host was always quick and clear. The host was very attentive to the needs of my family, especially the little ones, I really appreciated it. I definitely recommend the place.

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. We felt like we were in paradise! The garden, the plants, the terrace and the pool are just beautiful. It was very hot during our stay and therefore we enjoyed the garden and pool very much. With Google Maps you can find the house easily, you have to take many small streets, but for that you are in the middle of nature, surrounded by olive trees, palm trees etc. The beaches in the immediate vicinity are very boring, but in 30 minutes you are in Numana & Sirolo with the great beech trees of the limestone mountains El Conero. It is really worth driving there. Otherwise, there are so many nice mountain villages that we visited towards evening, such as Loreto, Osimo and Torre dei Palme. A trip to Assisi is also really worthwhile, we have rarely seen a prettier village with great views and so many famous churches. Although it was July, it was never crowded, especially in the villages. Please say hello to the little black cat with the white paws from us :-).

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

The house was very quiet and peaceful place to spend sometime to relax. highly recommended. Mirella and Nicola were very helpful and responsive.
