We stayed at Maria Cristina's villa with our family (6 adults and 2 children). Wide living inside and outdoors that allow you to stay in perfect relaxation. The house is equipped with every comfort, nothing is missing! The villa has great views from the terraces and a large outdoor property where it seems to be in a farm, very relaxing. The house is a 10-minute drive from the sea and supermarkets, but it is well worth it! Host available and great communication. Recommended!

The house can be reached on foot via a steep street. You can't get there by car, but you only have to walk about 100 m to get there. Big advantage is that there are no cars at your doorstep and it is wonderfully quiet i. That's definitely nice if you sit outside and enjoy the garden that goes up in height (several terraces). The house has all the comforts. Very nice that there are several bathrooms and the bedrooms are all spacious. The living room is not very large, but certainly not small. The kitchen is not that big, but has everything you could need From the house you can walk into the old part of town, where you imagine yourself a few centuries back in time. This part should be viewed both in the evening and during the day. The town has all the necessary amenities (restaurants, supermarket, cafe, etc.). Christine is enthusiastic and always and usually responds quickly. Her responses are extensive, which gives a engaged and reliable feel.

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

The most beautiful place we have ever visited. A breathtaking view, from all angles of a very well renovated house. Combined with a fantastic pool area. And in walking distance of a very nice town you have all the ingredients for a perfect family vacation. We were two families, 11 in total, staying at the house for one week, and even with 7 kids (aged 11 to 19), there were plenty of room for all to have a fantastic time. When you see the description and the pictures, your expectations are very high, I can only say they are beaten by miles when you arrive. The owners greeted us and we felt welcome from the first second. I can only highly recommended this beautiful place.

Beautiful villa perfect for exploring the Le Marche region. Will absolutely return!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

We enjoyed our stay at Lemonvilla. House on a hill with wonderful views. Marcus was very helpful with detailed instructions on local excursions and excellent restaurants to drive to. The house is very well equipped, new and clean. Thank you for our stay.

Our stay at Marcia’s place was fantastic! The house provided us with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool opened in june and was always clean and fresh since Marcia’s dad cleaned it every morning. Marcia is very helpful with things worth seeing in the area!

Wonderful apartment on a property with 5 apartments. We were the only tenant on the complex and had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Beautiful views of the mountain peaks of Sibillini, a nice swimming pool and a nice village a 5-minute drive away. In the area, some certainty in your driving skills is needed

The villa is perfectly as described, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need to make us feel at home. We also received directions to nearby landmarks, and the exchange with the host was always quick and clear. Hosts who are very attentive to my family's needs, especially the little ones, I really appreciated it. I definitely recommend the place.

Excellent cake typical of the heart-shaped grandmother that we found upon our arrival, great cooked vin, the fantastic pool, the rooster alarm led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and the mountains and a spectacular orchard.
