It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. There are no shared facilities. Parking is on-street and free (some restrictions) Very close to multiple modes of transport. Note: this property is on a main road so not only is it central for transport, it will have traffic noise which is largely blocked when doors are closed.

The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.
