The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is cozy clean, and comfortable. Enjoy your stay on the shore of Lake Erie. Close walking distance for fishing, kayaking, or beach going. We are located within two blocks of Conneaut Township Park, the beach and the marina. We are also located within walking distance of a few local restaurants This space is also located within an hour of Erie Pa and Cleveland Ohio.
