Idyllic Aukusti is a small home of a farming family from almost a hundred years ago. The cottage has been renovated as a summer place for all holidaymakers who love peace and old-fashioned style. There is no longer a wooden barn in the yard, but a barrel sauna, where you can sit on the terrace and let your gaze wander along the grain field rippled by the summer wind. And note that there is no one else in sight. The stream flowing behind the cottage is like a canyon, as the sandy land has drifted into Vesijärvi over the years.

In the summer, there is a trampoline in the yard. Our family has a dog, so guests' small furry friends are also welcome. The neighbors are in a cabin nearby, so we hope guests will also take this into account.
