Located within walking distance to Näsetbadet and the Smithska cape you can enjoy the sun and swim in a few minutes. Gothenburg is a 30-45 minute bus ride away with bus stop 2 minutes from the property. The home includes a large plot of land, great for croquet or barbecue night, with patio. Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.
