At Silje, you will have a pleasant stay in idyllic surroundings, a little off the beaten path - and who doesn't? The house is well described in the listing - under renovation. The beds were good and the house big and charming. Silje welcomed us and was quick on the messages. Here you will have an authentic Airbnb experience, you stay at home with someone - not in a sterile apartment intended for rent only. A stay we will remember! We had a wonderful few days in this cozy house right on the fjord. It was heavenly quiet and the area was great excursion options that were varied and interesting. We would come back any time - it was really great that we had an entire house available and everything we needed was there. Thanks

unfortunately had continuous rain during the stay and could not really do much as it is relatively laid out. The place was sour and we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and relaxed.

We have been to Eide 1 several times our top destination in Norway. Weather was very good, unfortunately too high water temperature and therefore little fish activity in the fjord. Climate change sends greetings, the landlord can't do anything about it. Next year again at the earlier date.

The most friendly, helpful and proactive host I’ve known on Airbnb. Had to leave earlier and she helped me with a discount. Helped me with lot of advices. Connected me with neighbours. Couldn’t ask for better service. I was there in November and without a car. Despite that there was enough bus connection and friendly neighbours ready to give me a ride to be able to move to some nice place and hikes around. The Hyllestad commune are so friendly they gave me bicycles for free. Bus drivers got to know me well and were also very helpful. In front of the house there are lovely mountains with nice hyttes to stay overnight. In and around Dale, very close by bus (less than 1h) you have the best hikes, and less than 2-3h in public transport (by bus or the ferry), you are in the main tourist destination of Sognfjord. The local shop is great. You can easily fish in the fjord for free. There are boat and kayak rental also. The place is exactly as pictured. Cosy, calm, clean, all perfect!!

Such an idyllic location. this place would be great for people who enjoy fishing, kayaking, other watersports and nature walks. The cabin was comfortable and had everything you needed. Perfect!
