Dear guests, We have a vacation apartment in a quiet location for 2 - 4 persons. The apartment is a 65m² large 3-room apartment with two separate bedrooms, a large living and dining area, a cozy kitchen, a bathroom and a 10-m²-wide west-facing balcony. In the apartment is a fully equipped-kitchen, as well as underfloor heating and a romantic wood stove for cold winter days. The location of the apartment is between Ulm, Günzburg and Heidenheim. Legoland is only 15 min away by car.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Quiet 1 room apartment 35 sqm with beautiful views

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

The perfect place for a retreat from everyday life. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. It has its own entrance and offers a bedroom for up to four people (bed and sofa bed), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living and entrance area, you can make yourself comfortable on one of the two comfortable leather sofas in front of the warm wood-burning stove and simply enjoy the time out.

Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also 20-25 minutes away. Ulm is 15 km away and there are many opportunities to pass the time. If you want more in nature, you can see the ice cream caves in the Lonetal and Achtal. A parking space is right at the property. In the village, it has a baker and butcher. Other options are about 6 km away.

The apartment (53sqm) is located in the basement of our newly built house, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, as well as a sofa with sleeping function in the living room. Unser Haus ist ruhig aber doch zentral gelegen. In 5 Min zu Fuß ist der nächste Supermarkt und Bäcker zu erreichen.
