Vacation rentals in Astor Park

This was hands down one of the most unforgettable getaways our family has ever had. We have eleven-year-old twins, and although we’ve stayed in Astor before, they had never been able to catch anything off a dock—until now. They caught 35 fish off that dock! My husband grew up visiting Astor from Columbus, GA, so it was incredibly special to create new memories here with our own family. The place was cozy and well-equipped, with a small electric stovetop and a portable oven. We loved grilling outside and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a little slice of magic—a warm, homey escape that exceeded all our expectations. Easily a 10-star stay in our book! We can’t wait to return.

The Rv was super cozy and overall just a fun way of getting away. The hosts were super responsive and answered any questions promptly.

Linda's place was perfect for our needs! We came to the area to kayak but didn't want to camp. This place checked all the boxes. It was close to many beautiful rivers and Springs and located in a quiet, woodsy area, but had all the comforts of home. The apartment was well appointed with a great kitchenette, a great gas grill, great AC, comfy bed and also wifi and great TV streaming services. The woodworking in the apartment was amazing. Also, it was only about 6 miles from town where we could buy groceries or go out to eat. Linda gave good recommendations for restaurants too. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Beautiful location and garden area.. The space was roomy and had everything needed. We had a short trip with just one night but loved it and would definitely stay again.

It was a really nice stay and with so many cool springs nearby, we had so many options for activities. Tony and his wife were very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved the cottage. Very comfortable and clean inside. A unique place with a lake and kayaks.

This is a peaceful and beautiful cabin. My family and I very enjoyed staying in the house. The decorations outside and inside are just perfectly fit the surrounding environment. You can tell the landlord spend a lot effort to keep the house well maintained and clean. The location is a little far from the road but easy to find as they have clear instructions and signs. Maybe a little hard during nighttime but you will find the way once you arrive to the house one time. We actually appreciate the privacy and close to the nature. Will definitely come back if there is any chance.

This property is peaceful and on a corner lot to provide the most privacy in the neighborhood. There was plenty of wildlife. Access to the river and Springs was easy, close, and inside a beautiful and private park. The house is spotless and updated. The hosts are wonderful. We can't wait to go back!

Words cannot express the peace and joy this airbnb gave to my family and I. The incredible views you have driving there, the enchanting long drive way with oak and palm trees, the lively animals you see out the kitchen window… everything was perfect. If you are looking to get away from the city life and enjoy nature, this is it. There is a beautiful pond to get some natural vitamin D around. There are two porches, so you are able to watch the sunset and the sunrise. I wish our time was longer than a weekend. The animals were such an amazing feature, although not many, we had fresh eggs everyday and it was truly such a treat. At night we all took turns on the incredible high end Japanese massage chair, of which we all fell asleep in. Our host was truly wonderful and kind, he checks on the property once a day and always asked if we were okay. I highly recommend this spot to families and those looking to find peace in nature.
