Our guest house in the Springfield National Historic District is surrounded by a beautiful, professionally designed pool and garden. It is close to downtown Jacksonville, including TIAA Bank (Everbank) Field, Daily's Place amphitheater, Baseball grounds, Florida theater & Veterans Memorial Arena.
“The Gardener's Cottage is the perfect getaway! We absolutely adored the antique details and the pool and landscaping are out of this world. I'd love to come back and spend some more time at Laura's place and discover more of Jacksonville!”
This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. My location is a short walk to Starbucks, Bagel Love breakfast and a local restaurant /pub called Harpoon Louies.
“We really enjoyed our stay in this pristine, converted garage apartment! Captain Jason was kind and easy to interact with during check in and check out. The bed was comfy and shower refreshing after two days camping in the Everglades. I’d certainly stay again!”
Recently renovated carriage house in Jacksonville's urban core. Located just minutes from the Bold City's best restaurants, city center, public transportation, airport, and historic districts. Our carriage house is just 2 miles from Everbank Field and Daily's Place Amphitheater and 2.8 miles from the Prime Osborn Convention Center. You'll love the eclectic neighborhood and personal touches of our place!
“If we ever end up staying the night in the Jacksonville area again, which is pretty likely, we already know exactly where we are going to stay! Todd and Nicole's carriage house is nothing short of amazing. When we walked in, they had a candle lit, and relaxing music playing on the TV. They had a personalized packet printed out on the table FULL of suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, etc. They had a basket of snacks, and drinks in the fridge. They even had eggs from their chicken coop in their backyard! (Which was totally fun to watch for a few minutes! You can see them from the bedroom window of the carriage house!) The carriage house is decorated so tastefully, I am taking notes for my own home! Basically, I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay. You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality! ”
