village council exceeded my expectations! my family loved the house, very cozy, a peaceful and wonderful place. Before I went, I saw some comments that the only problem was with the garage! because it's rotating, if it stops behind a car, you leave your contact to call you for possible maneuvering. I honestly saw no problem. in case you stop behind someone and need to leave on foot. Take the car leaves on the sidewalk, super quiet place, when you return guard again. That's personal detail! comments are sometimes unnecessary. At last everything quiet, all polite of the condominium, quiet place, total privacy. side beaches! has 3 nearby viewpoints, I did everything on the hike! is worth it. The AP is a grace, all new, clean, does not have many kitchen items, only the basics, tv takes the apps well, very good internet. The AP has a balcony and an electric barbecue, the view is facing the sea,but it has a building right in the front that prevents the total view, the sea view is only in the openings of the sides, but it is very beautiful the view from above , and a place of busy streets, close to two supermarkets, mall, cellar, bars, the location is excellent. Grizi is excellent in friendliness, availability and education. We love spending these days there.

My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. I thank you for the reception.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

Me and my family loved our stay in Sueli’s place. Sueli was an amazing host and her home is absolutely stunning. We created forever memories by playing dominoes on the rooftop while the kids played in the pool and the churrasco cooking hot, walked to the beach countless times as it’s so close, enjoyed our pão de queijo & café in the kitchen with the amazing view of the beach, and so much more. Sueli is a wonderful host that was very responsive and flexible. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home Sueli - the whole family loved it!
