That is one great apartment! I love the wooden floor and the soacious shower. Also, there are two ACs, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. I also love the lock at the door of the apartment which just requires a six dihit code instead of a physical key. Location is great, right in Villa Morra.

The apartment is very nice, quiet and cozy. I really felt like home. Moran is an extraordinary hostess. I strongly recommend this place for a nice staying in Asuncion.

The location is great , within walking distance of cafes, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Juan was an excellent host , always willing to help us and answer our questions. His communication was clear, quick and gave us good advice on places to visit and eat In short, this apartment is a gem in Asuncion, If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable and well located place, please feel free to choose this apartment. Excellent location with many restaurants, villa morra park street food, supermarket nearby. The apartment is small but clean, comfortable and fully functional. Great bed! I would gladly stay again!

Ethel's place was fantastic. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The air conditioning worked well, a mini-split in every room. The bedding was comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit Asuncion.

We are very happy with the price, the communication, the cleanliness of the depa and the amenities and details of the same. Currently, there is another tower under construction together and unfortunately it is a lot of noise from 6:30 in the morning. The traffic of the avenue is also quite heard. Other than that, the place is highly recommended. We stayed my wife, daughter (9 years old) and I for two weeks. It is very small but exactly as described and it did serve us very well for the visit to our family who live in the area.
