Excellent and recommended place to stay and have a peaceful and pleasant stay. The area is very quiet, with supermarkets nearby and quick accesses . The only thing a little far from the center and a lot of traffic I take into account the times when leaving somewhere. Sergio's attention was always excellent, always attentive with everything, and very communicative. The big and beautiful house. 100% recommended.

The house is very well cared for, in a very quiet and consolidated neighborhood, close to one of the most Transmitted Avenida and that leads directly to the 2 best shopping centers (walk the gallery and shopping of the sun) where apart from having many shops, there are very good restaurants. Excellent quality price, I take a very good opinion of Enzo, excellent host on day 1 always responding quickly, it is a 100% recommended option and without hesitation I would return.

Very pleasant space. Arquitetura a blend of the ancient with modern. Super complete. Espaçoso I recommend: Just missing garage. It's a renovated old property in the center of the capital Asuncion. Carro was without problems on the street, but there was not always a vacancy.

This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

The location is great , within walking distance of cafes, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Juan was an excellent host , always willing to help us and answer our questions. His communication was clear, quick and gave us good advice on places to visit and eat In short, this apartment is a gem in Asuncion, If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable and well located place, please feel free to choose this apartment. Excellent stay—everything met expectations, and the check-in was very convenient.

excellent accommodation. The only thing to improve check the air conditioners especially the one in the living room, it cooled little. With 30 degrees it stood just but if it was in summer with more than 40 degrees like. I made in Paraguay I would have canceled by the heat, especially because the sun is all afternoon.

We had an unexpected change in our travel plans, and Ruben and the RENTU team helped us when we were in need of a place, and fast! To our surprise and happiness, the place was so nice, so new, and perfectly located. It was perfect for our needs, and I would absolutely recommend for anyone traveling to Asuncion. 2 bathrooms, perfect A/C, awesome water pressure, a nespresso, and a nice pool & lounge area on the roof deck. Friendly and helpful security and super clean. Super responsive, and really good restaurants a block away. If you go to Asuncion, this is a great place.

Everything was very nice, the service was 10/10 and it's very conveniently located. Comfortable and practical.

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Ethel's place was fantastic. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The air conditioning worked well, a mini-split in every room. The bedding was comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit Asuncion.
