Extremely new apartment. spotless daily cleaning. Windows and doors don't let any outside noise go through. Blackout curtains allow you to sleep until later. Very attentive GAV Resorts staff. Perfect stay in Salinas, Pará! Our stay at this house was just fantastic! The house was very nice and clean, with a great location and enough space for everyone. The layout of the rooms was very thoughtful – thanks to the glass windows you could see and communicate from everywhere, which created a particularly open and cozy atmosphere. Another highlight was the hammock, which was perfect for relaxing and enhanced the feeling of home. My family and I felt very comfortable here and had a wonderful time. Communication with the host was also easy and straightforward. Overall, this house has made a very positive impression, and we would love to come back anytime. Highly recommended!

Excellent house, the owners provide the necessary for use, it has a sofa, television, dishes, stove, refrigerator, 3 suites with several beds, it is a super ventilated house, has a view to the beach, it is very close to the beach, the waterfront, 2 minutes walking, it is 15 min from the terminal, in the background and side of the house we see the salon lighthouse😍, the bus passes close by and is 5 min from the mailing square; the house is all decorated, monitored, beautiful and cozy, it has spaces for its own car. Our experience was great, the owners are very good people and are understanding, they supported us. I hope to come back more often ❤️ loved 🫰🫰🫰

We loved the stay, we feel at home. The very cozy, well-equipped, furnished apartment (only the second room mattress that was not comfortable), close to supermarket, pharmacy and shops! I definitely recommend!

Nira's space is designed in every detail to please the client in their stay. The location, the cleaning, the kitchen utensils, the fast internet with Smart TV, the linen and towels, the common space of the barbecue, the sauna, the pool and an ice machine that breaks a good branch for the boys are excellent. In addition, the location is next to the shortcut street, which greatly facilitates access to the beach in a quieter area. We highlight to the host for the speed in the answers and always requests to meet our needs, it is worth every penny spent, it really was very good.
