A one-minute drive to supermarkets and services (Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol...) The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 150cm bed (memory foam mattress), fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (135cm memory foam mattress), private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, free WiFi and private terrace. Ideal if you bring your rental car, we have a private parking space for your car, totally free! You have everything near the apartment, supermarkets 1 minute drive, restaurants 5 minute drive, Puerto Banús 10 minute drive... El Cortijo del Golf, a newly built apartment, very quiet, just opened, south-facing. A 10-minute drive to Puerto Banus and 5 minutes to the beach, a large living room with an integrated kitchen, everything you need, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, with a porch exit to the three spaces. Space for a washer and dryer, porch and 70 m garden with access to the community pool of the development. Towels for bathrooms and also towels for the pool and porch Garage space in -1, direct elevator access.
