Beautiful week in Murua. Very nice natural environment. The cabin is excellent, very functional and in perfect condition, very cozy. Pilar is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. An ideal place to disconnect and at a reasonable distance from other points of the Basque Country. I would definitely come back, a week was not enough

The phenomenal house. We were several families with children and we really enjoyed it. The village is very quiet and very nice to take a walk and enjoy nature with the children. The only downside I would put in the house is that to go in winter the common areas are very small. In summer enjoying the exterior is definitely a wonder

All aspects of the stay were perfect. We were 5 young couples spending the weekend. Elena took care to make clear everything we could do and how we could take advantage of the time. She was also attentive in case we had any improvises. The house is perfect if you are looking to feel at home. Renovated and at the same time with original details of the house. A 10/10.

Beautiful rural garden refuge in the heart of the Merindades, an area of impressive natural beauty and full of lovely medieval (from 10th century on) cities and towns. Santi has put a lot of time and effort to build his private refuge and we felt grateful he shared with us. Him and his wife were fantastic hosts and full of helpful suggestions. Their dogs Jackie & Chan were affectionate and playful. The place was huge, well decorated and spotless. All amenities, modern kitchen and cabinets, great bathrooms with a jacuzzi, working wood burning stove and a huge garden with a sitting/dining area and pond with ducks. Private parking of course. Butrera is a tiny town with a lovely romanic church but just a few miles of Villarcayo with plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket. A really unique place in our extensive experiences with Airbnb's. Our one regret is that we were there only two nights but we will be back to this astonishing area before international tourism discovers it.

Communication with Diana has been exceptional. The house is in very good condition and very clean. It is all right that each room has its own bathroom. The common areas are spacious and comfortable for a group of 10-12 people. The barbecue area is very well prepared, the only downside is that it is not inside the house itself.

The house is perfect for going with children, in the garden and the outdoor area is great. Everything was super clean and there were great details for the little ones (toys, plastic dishes, a glass with handles...). Very comfortable beds and impeccable bathrooms. Definitely to repeat.

It is a very comfortable, beautiful, clean house in a very good location to visit Paleolítico Vivo and Mina Esperanza. During our stay it was quite cold, but the house has underfloor heating and it was nice to be there. Perfect for children (it has games to keep them entertained). Very well furnished. Very comfortable beds. Pilar was very kind, at all times she was aware of what we needed and made us feel right at home. She welcomed us with a couple of black pudding from the area, super delicious! Jon is very attentive, the house is comfortable and accessible. The area is unbeatable since we had all the villages we wanted to visit around. We would definitely repeat as there are many things to see.

The experience in Manu's house was great, the house was very clean and it is very welcoming, for the 4 we have been it is more than enough, what we liked the most was the surroundings, it is in a very quiet area and in the middle of nature, in a minute you are in the forest, we loved it. The access to the house is very easy and Manu has given us all the facilities, thank you for everything Manu.

It was a dream stay. The house is even better than what's shown in the photos. Super cozy, comfortable, with all the kitchenware and dishes you might need and more. The beds are very comfortable, we had a luxurious rest. The garden with a barbecue that with a few degrees more than we had, was wonderful. Everything was very clean and decorated with great detail. Communication with the hosts was very smooth. The village is very quiet and is a 10-minute drive from Aguilar de Campoo, in an area where there are countless hiking options, routes to enjoy the artistic heritage, etc. Hope to come back one day!

House matches the photos, very nice and very cool when it's more than 40° outside! Having a self check-in or check-out means you won't be forced by the hours at the beginning and end of your stay. Manuel is a discreet host but available when needed. Foldada is a very small village but the locals are very welcoming. Palencia Mountain is beautiful. For lovers of nature, mountain, Romanesque art, and holidays away from the hustle and bustle of the cities this is the place. We spent 2 weeks of a very pleasant family vacation there.
