Beautiful home with a great view. You are right in the middle of wine country, minutes to the beach and minutes to San Luis Obispo. The entire house is yours it has two full kitchens and two full living rooms! It is built into the side of a hill and has upstairs/ downstairs twin floor plans, perfect for families. We are located in quiet neighborhood so we ask that our guests do not have loud music or party like atmosphere. We have 2 outdoor cats that never come in the home.

Centrally-located and full of charm. 539 square feet of living space featuring a queen bed, kitchenette, 3/4 bathroom, dining space and living room space to Netflix and chill. This studio cottage has an inviting open floor plan thoughtfully decorated to accommodate all your needs. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, hotplate and all the tools needed to prepare a lovely meal and dine outside by the firepit.

The bungalow is very close to Paso Robles Wine County (15 min) with 200+ wineries and restaurants, also a 15 minute drive to the fun and historic San Luis Obispo which has great food and nightlife. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy king bed, amazing amenities, and fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress.

The space was completely renovated in June of 2019 with plank flooring, tiled shower bathroom with tub and stylish new furnishings. Modern and simple with an emphasis on sustainability. This cottage is on a 45 acre ranch in the country but is close to downtown Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Paso Wine Country and several of California's most beautiful beaches!
