Small 14 Unit beach front condo on the Beach in N. Myrtle Beach.
“What drew us to this condo was our desire to stay safe during COVID by renting in a small building with only 3 floors (and no need for an elevator), enabling us to keep our distance from others. But we'll be back, whether the coronavirus is eradicated or not. A real plus is that it's a corner unit, filled with light, which helps it feel more spacious. It was very quiet - only once or twice did we hear the person above us walking or slamming a door. The building is well-maintained and feels safe with entry code required even to enter the stairwell. Hot water comes readily, and the unit is attractively decorated (except for the carpet in the bedroom which needs to be replaced, in my opinion). There are nice pavers underneath the building and a sitting area with grill. The outside shower is easy to turn on and off. Several restaurants are only a 20-minute walk away on Main Street of NMB. It's a great oceanfront find!”

“I don’t even know how to explain how amazing terry’s place was! Not only is it close to everything but the hospitality was amazing! Terry truly takes her time to make sure that you feel welcomed & her place is full of little touches that make you feel right at home. If privacy is your concern you get PLENTY OF IT HERE! As our first time in a shared space our concern was the privacy but Terry was so pleasant to be around and not only did we have all the privacy we needed but an amazing host as well! We will be coming back, I can safely say this will be our go to spot every time we’re in Myrtle beach. ☺️”
Completely renovated 1 bedroom condo. Located 4 blocks from the ocean, each unit has its own golf cart for going to the beach and many other places. We also offer a grilling area and patio overlooking a duck pond. Beach chairs and sand toys are available for all guests. Private parking area (let us know if bringing more than one car), and property is well lit. Completely outfitted kitchen has all you need for dining in. Minimum age for rental is 24. Long term winter rentals by request.
“My husband and I just stayed for a week at Heff’s, along with my sister and her family(who stayed in the 2 br unit). This is the second stay for my sister and me, and we could not be more pleased. The location is so peaceful and relaxing, but also close to area dining, shopping and attractions. The beach is just a few minutes away, and the included golf cart (a wonderful bonus!) made for easy trips to the beach, mini golf, area shops, etc. without needing to use our car or walk. Jim and Therese are lovely, friendly hosts, and they and the space are so welcoming. The unit is sparkling clean and very well appointed, and extremely well stocked. The included smart TVs, coffee and creamer/ sweetener, and free laundry facilities were very appreciated. We also loved hearing Jim play his clarinet daily- he’s extremely talented! We will be back again!”
