The property is surrounded by multi-centenarian old olive trees and offers panoramic views to the open sea and the port of Kimi. While the location of the property offers a quiet and secluded setting, it is only a 3 minutes’ walk to the popular seafront where café’s, restaurants, bakery and shops can be found. Access to the pool, as well as to the olive and vegetable gardens. A number of outdoors activities such as mountain e-biking, boating, hiking, rock climbing and more can be arranged.

Welcome to my summer backyard cottage! The house is right at the end of the road to Pefkos beach, and is only a breath away from its crystal clear waters. The backyard porch is a unique place to relax and enjoy at all times of the day, while the house has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room with a sofa, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that guarantees your comfort during the your stay there. In a private area 5 km from Kymi, it is a suggestion to get to know the beauties of the area and to escape from everyday life. The last 200 meters are a passable dirt road. In rainy conditions, caution is needed because the road becomes slippery. Located on a fenced farm with stunning views of the Aegean Sea It has a bedroom, kitchen with sofa bed and bathroom.

The House Bougainvillea with its heavenly blue shatters provides a lot of space for a couple or on request we can provide a single bed for a child. House Bougainvillea has 40m2, a large room with sleeping area, bathroom with W/C and Shower and an open plan kitchen (fridge and cooking facility) and a large terrace (25M2) with chairs and a table, which has view to the sea and Evoia. The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.
