The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. You will live in the countryside in a very quiet and cozy 60m² apartment in the outbuilding. Ideal for switching off. The adjacent Haßberg with its many paths invites you to hikes or bike tours. Bed linen and towels are included with us. In addition, fast Wi-Fi with up to 100MBit/s is available free of charge. The access data are available in the apartment. Beautiful, bright vacation apartment (complete attic with 95sqm floor space or 65sqm living space). Facilities: Two bedrooms (1. with double bed / 2. with 2 single beds), large living room with open kitchen and dining table, fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...), WLAN, TV, cozy sitting area, lockable bicycle cellar.

Apartment with bathroom & single kitchen + garden use

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.
