House as described, equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, blankets available, clean house, nice pool. No complaints, we had a great weekend! Eric was available for any questions we had upon arrival. I would recommend it 100%.

Beautiful house-room in the center of Clermont-Ferrand, 2 minutes from the Cathedral and 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. The accommodation is extremely clean and very well renovated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and it's a huge plus! Both terraces are extremely pleasant. And the whole place is very peaceful and private. There are all the amenities on site, especially in the kitchen. There is parking included a few minutes walk away for two cars which is very convenient too. Lanjri was super helpful, he showed us around the house and told us everything we needed to know. There's plenty to do, even chargers! For a large group it was perfect, nothing to say!

Excellent, friendly, informative hosting. The accommodation is clean, well thought out. You have everything, everything is there! Up to the small extra heater for the chilly ones in the bathroom, hair dryer and shower with a hot water supply worthy of name. The essentials for a real breakfast available and ample cooking facilities in addition to providing simple but so much appreciated food. All in a quiet environment that invites you to disconnect and fully enjoy your stay, a Spa/Barbecu/garden furniture area at the height of the proposed accommodation, ultra clean, simple but thoughtful. We would highly recommend this host whom we thank again for hosting! A great place to stay. Talk to you soon!

very nice stay at Cedric's. The accommodation is great, clean. cozy and very functional. there were 4 of us and we each had our environment. Impeccable bedding, tv, wood stove. Everything is done to rest and have a pleasant time. I recommend it without a second thought!

The recipe for a good holiday: A friendly and family-friendly place on the edge of hiking, the sun, other friendly vacationers and … a Pierrick! The accommodation is simple but efficient and sufficient for what we had to do there. Thank you again for the great week.

Jacques is an available host and concerned about our well-being. The apartment is very nice, with a beautiful view of the waterfall and snow-capped mountains. Ideally located (right next to the tourist office and shops). The apartment is not large, but it doesn't feel that way because it is very well furnished and very well-equipped. There's even a fondue machine and raclette machine. It has a room to store skis and après-ski gear. We had a lovely stay there, and if I go back to Mont Dore I will come back if possible to this apartment. Recommended!

Accommodation, clean functional, very nice to have a parental alcove and a space for children a little out of the way. Bright and is very good, equipped, we'll be happy to come back!

Great welcome from Adeline, the place was as described. We came to enjoy the nearby bike park and the location was great. Big plus for bikes: the covered barn to store and take care of the bikes. We will come back without hesitation!
