Nice moment in this welcoming and well-equipped chalet. If you like standardized homes, go your way. Here we are in a real Gruissan Chalet in its juice but quite comfortable and well-equipped. The plus: a huge and sunny terrace on which you will spend most of your time as long as the weather lends itself to it. Anyway, we'll be back. We had a great week at Eugénie's place. The house has all the necessary comforts, lots of cooking utensils, laundry and dishwashing equipment and products (clothes rack, laundry detergent, laundry clips, washing and drying machine, ironing board and iron, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher etc.), beach equipment and games, etc., etc. We found the accommodation very clean when we arrived. Eugenie was lovely and available. We will definitely come back to her place if we come back to Gruissan (very pretty city by the way, many activities nearby to do with family).

Le Cassot is a very cozy cabin in a quiet place, under the pines, you can breathe peace and is only minutes away from the old Puyvalador ski slope. Highly recommended to go with the family. The only thing to keep in mind that being a cabin the stairway to the sleeping area is very steep and not for everyone. Otherwise, I had everything you need for a weekend in the mountains. Wishing to return. You breathe a lot of peace. Thank you!!!

Great stay for 1 week of work Royal relaxation thanks to the hot tub that was clean when we arrived Places are clean The view is beautiful I recommend it and will be happy to come back

Rodérick was an excellent host. He lent us the necessary equipment for the snowshoeing we wanted to do (snowshoes, batons,...) and was always quick to answer us! Her place is very well located and has and is well equipped for a mountain weekend (raclette machine, wood in quantity for the fireplace, etc...). I recommend it!

We would have stayed longer in this home facing the sea. This is the first time we have been on the front lines and it changes everything from being able to see and be so close to the sea. The terrace is huge and you can both eat and relax on the sun loungers. It's in front of the parking lot but there weren't many people when we were there so we didn't mind it. We'll be back!

The cottage is very functional and well-oriented. The atmosphere that emerges really corresponds to a cozy and warm holiday atmosphere... Vivianne is very responsive and attentive to the details that make the stay enjoyable.

Perfect accommodation in a pleasant quiet area. Comfortable bedding, lots of activity for children nearby directly. Very well equipped and decorated with great taste. Only downsides the terrace too small for 9 and therefore not the possibility of eating outside in summer

Quiet and peaceful house. We came as a group for a short stay. We all left delighted .

The stay at Virginie's went very well. The chalet is amazing. Very well equipped, a beautiful kitchen with a large high table that opens onto the living room with a fireplace in a cozy atmosphere. All this with large floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the village and the mountain. Living space is on the 1st floor with a master suite. On the ground floor you have 2 contiguous bedrooms, the spa (with mountain views🤩) and the sauna. on the 2nd there are 4 bedrooms left. the cottage was very clean when we arrived, the beds made with delicate Virginia touches. We did not meet him but the communication was very nice. The small village of Prades is nice, at the foot of the chalet it has hiking departures that we were lucky enough to do on snowshoes. I recommend this exceptional chalet without hesitating and we'll be back with pleasure.

Excellent stay in Murielle's cottage. the location is ideal for a stay with children. it is located 100 m from the beach and at the same distance from a very well-equipped playground. The place was clean, well-equipped, and as described. A few shops are within walking distance.

A very well decorated cottage, pleasant with a nice view and very functional. The Massif de la Clape is really a playground for mountain biking. Full of small beautiful villages all around, including Lagrasse with its abbey and a visit to the vinegar factory, a surprising place. Very good welcome from Véronique with a possible arrival the day before for part of the group .

had a terrifc stay in the region. the house was in great shape with everything you would need and expect.

The cottage is very pleasant to live in. Very well equipped, perfect decor, you quickly feel very good there. The end location with sea view is perfect and the neighborhood friendly!

This cottage bottom has a very nice beach look, the outside promises nice summer evenings around an aperitif or just to settle in and read a good book. The interior is cozy, clean, well arranged and well-equipped. The bathroom is atypical with its driftwood and shower cubicle large enough. On the welcome side, we don't do better with a real "old-fashioned" welcome; Véronique and Stephan are present and responsive hosts, cordial and pleasant to meet. The cottage is very close to shops which makes things easy, the beach is not far either (5 min walk). We had a wonderful time there.
