Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby there is shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

The house is centrally located in Asserball Forest near Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights of Als. The house is with 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with and possibility for preparation for 2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be agreed, the price will be NOK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

(No hidden cleaning fee!) Very special home close to Egeskov Castle In the garden of the farm Langholm you will find this annex. The small charming log cabin is surrounded by the farm's apple garden, lake with ducks and fish, several terraces and an exciting garden filled with small nooks. A perfect way to stay in the middle of nature. Langholm is and has been a family farm for over 80 years and oozes nostalgia, coziness and good stories. The farm is close to shopping. Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Great opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly modified. The living room is divided into two rooms. A living room and a bedroom... The workplace is moved to the bedroom, and a bed is added.

We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work.
