Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

We offer our 75 sqm granny apartment as accommodation. This is just off the A7 motorway. Street parking is available next to the property. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished after the last rental. In the village there is a bakery and a butcher, as well as a restaurant and also a gas station. Pets are allowed upon request. Distance to Würzburg 20 min. Distance to Schweinfurt 10 minutes. Distance to Kreuzberg/Wasserkuppe 40-45 min.

The cozy apartment with loggia is located in a small apartment building with its own entrance. The fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi ensure carefree days. You can park your car for free on the street with a guest parking card.

Our LINENS SET: bed linen, bath towel, hand towel is per person FROM THREE nights provided by us. For 1-2 nights, PLEASE bring your own. This can be booked at an additional cost on request. The dwarf parlor is a non-smoking WHG. Thank you for keeping this in mind. :-) Your bicycles can be parked in our garage on request.

Welcome to our Kornspitz vacation rental! The charming apartment in a former bakery house is cozy and spacious. On about 50 m² you can spend a nice vacation or work in peace. In the small, cozy bedroom "Kornspitzboden" there is a 160 x 200 cm double bed. If required, the living room can sleep two more persons separately. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has a bathtub.
