My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. A guest house, with swimming pool, in the middle of the Landes forest within the Landes and Gascogne Regional Natural Park. Great for those who need peace and quiet. Loan of 2 hybrid bikes/1 large bedroom + living room equipped with a wood-burning stove + kitchen + bathroom (with shower and sink) and separate toilet. You will have access to a large garden area with garden furniture + 2 deck chairs and a hammock for good naps under the umbrella pines. Barbecue available for grilling.

Enjoy a very special holiday in a haven of quietness! This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.

"Green land": Unusual accommodation

Room in a caravan with a dry toilet and a portable shower in the heart of a typical Landish airial. Common kitchen and relaxation space located in a sheepfold dating from the 18th century. Quiet area close to the ocean and the tourist center of Mimizan. Located at the foot of forest tracks where walks and discoveries of fauna and flora will satisfy nature lovers.
