Our newly furnished basement apartment is located in Aurora, Ontario in a quite and nice neighborhood, a few steps from Bayview Ave. It is accessible by public transportation( 150 m to bus station, and 5 min drive to Aurora Go station). Many shopping centers close by, as well as restaurants, Lakes, Shopping malls, community centers with pools, and Gym facilities, and a few steps to forest trail. It is close to 404 highway, and only 30 min drive to Toronto(steels Ave)

One thing that I would say is that because you’re in the basement of a house you can hear people upstairs. Would be nice to have a fan for some white noise. Other than that everything was great!”
