Exterior: Secured swimming pool (6m × 12m), open May - September. Accommodation not accessible to people with disabilities.

Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

Only 25 minutes from the centre of Le Mans. Accommodating 1-4 people, this secluded cottage is located in the heart of nature on a large lot. To sleep you will have 2 single beds and a sofa bed. You will find a bathroom (shower and bathtub) with access for people with reduced mobility. Ideal for a family holiday or for professionals who would need a place to stay.
