Monthly Rentals in Avalon

Robin's home was exactly as pictured and very clean. Linens/Towels were top notch! The location is totally walkable to most places we needed to go. We had a family dinner and big breakfast there and we had all the utensils and cooking equipment we needed. She responds immediately and was very accomodating. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I had an amazing weekend stay at this condo! The place was spotless, and the queen-size bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully done, from the stylish furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen and cozy setup. Communication with the host was outstanding — fast, clear, and genuinely helpful. We also really appreciated the extra touches like water, sodas, and coffee waiting for me; it made everything feel even more welcoming. The location was perfect — beach block and within walking distance to several restaurants. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a worry-free, comfortable stay.

This place was perfect for our stay! Our dogs loved laying out on the deck. It was so clean and spacious, and perfect for the 5 of us! I would recommend this place to anyone! So grateful we got to stay here!

We stayed in town for a wedding close by to Lauri’s place. She was extremely responsive throughout our stay and really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would recommend her place to anyone staying in Avalon!
