Spectacular house in Avándaro

Beautiful house in Avándaro surrounded by nature. It is a modern house but with all the style of Valle de Bravo. Being such an open house, it has the best lighting and the best views of the garden from any area and bedroom. We are on a 6,000-square-meter lot that we share with three other houses, and although there are no fences between them, the forest, plants, and trees give each house its privacy. Within our grounds you will find games for children and many green areas

This place is strategically located in Acatitlan: Plan your visit! Near Cerro Gordo, you are 8 minutes from the lake, Pueblito or Avandaro. You can leave the house to walk, jog or take a bike ride to ride in the mountains. The house is a very good size, it has a huge garden of 5000 m2 with a beautiful view of the mountains, it has an aqueduct and a beautiful pond, a campfire area, a barbecue to prepare roasted meats, an indoor and outdoor fireplace to enjoy with the family!

House in the La Peña area, built on two levels. On the ground floor are the 3 carpeted bedrooms, all with a bathroom. Upstairs is a large living room with a fireplace, a bar with a counter, a dining room for 6 people, integrated into the kitchen through a bar. The house has a small covered terrace, as well as an uncovered terrace with a built-in barbecue, with a magnificent view of the lake and La Peña. It has a small pool and parking for 3 cars.
